First class service
A huge thank you to all at Diamond Centre Wales for the superb service and experience we have received when designing and purchasing our engagement and wedding rings – we could not be happier! We cannot recommend the team at Diamond centre highly enough. My fiancée was served by Chantelle and Kelvin who designed the most beautiful engagement ring. Having received such excellent service we returned to Chantelle and Kelvin to design our wedding rings. The time, help and advice provided by the team at Diamond Centre Wales is not comparable to any of the other ring shops we visited. They offer an exemplary personal service and could not do enough to help during such an important purchase. The quality of the diamonds available is fantastic. The team made our visits to the Diamond Centre such a lovely and enjoyable part of our wedding planning. We have recommended the Diamond Centre to many of our friends since who too have been equally pleased with their experience and unique rings.
We feel so fortunate to have found Diamond Centre Wales and will certainly return for many years to come. Thank you and countdown to the 3rd September!
I am writing to thank the Diamond Centre Wales for your support throughout the recent months. Through warmth and generosity like yours we are able to continue our work in the local community by: providing treatment to cancer patients closer to home, improving equity of access to cancer patients, delivering unique support to cancer patients and their families and to fund research to improve cancer outcomes and experiences. Thank you so much for our engagement and wedding rings, from the moment I first came in to talk about Bianca’s engagement ring I knew I had made the right choice. Your friendly and informative approach made the difficult process of choosing the right ring very easy. B was so pleased with the ring she said ‘Yes’! The ring looked stunning.
When it came to choosing wedding rings we knew that there was only one place we knew that there was only one place we wanted to go to. Again you created two beautiful rings that we are so happy with.
